TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING ENTERTAINMENT 

BY BOOKING WITH US PARTYPARTYTIME YOU THE CUSTOMER/VENUE AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL BOOKINGS. 

Deposit is non-refundable. Your booking and date is only secured and confirmed once deposit has been paid and received. Cancellation of your booking on your part 21 days or under your booked date will result in 50% the balance due to be paid this does not include the deposit already paid . If cancellation is 7 days or under your booked date will result in 100% the balance due to be paid. As business we have this in place as we would of refused other work due to your booking in place.

Remaining balance must be paid and received  72hrs before booking takes place. If not received your booking will automatically be cancelled. Deposit is non-refundable. If lodging to our bank account please Note this may take 3/5 working days for us to receive but must still be received 72hrs before booking so you will need to lodge the payment earlier to make sure that we have received it on time 72hrs before booking.

Our Party Package has a running time of  120minutes. The time starts from the booking time agreed. Its important to remember that all your guest should be at your venue before or shortly after the entertainer arrives to make sure that everything starts at the booked time. 

Max of 25 kids at one Party unless notified to us directly this does not apply to Corporate, Festival or Family Fun day bookings.

Face painting and all Tattoo options are not available for any kids at the party under 3 years of age for health and safety.

Party package price is subject to change and additional charges may apply depending on location / travel distance this will all be confirmed with you when you make your enquiry and before booking.

The latest time any booking can start is max of 15minutes after your booked time slot. The show must go on.
