TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING KIDS ENTERTAINMENT WITH US.
BY BOOKING WITH US PARTYPARTYTIME YOU THE CUSTOMER/VENUE AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
Deposit is non-refundable. Your booking and date is only secured and confirmed once deposit has been paid and received. Cancellation of your booking on your part 21 days or under your booked date will result in 50% the balance due to be paid this does not include the deposit already paid . If cancellation is 7 days or under your booked date will result in 100% the balance due to be paid. As business we have this in place as we would of refused other work due to your booking in place.
Remaining balance must be paid and received 72hrs before booking takes place. If not received your booking will automatically be cancelled. Deposit is non-refundable. If lodging to our bank account please Note this may take 3/5 working days for us to receive but must still be received 72hrs before booking so you will need to lodge the payment earlier to make sure that we have received it on time 72hrs before booking.
Our Party Package has a running time of 120minutes. The time starts from the booking time agreed. Its important to remember that all your guest should be at your venue before or shortly after the entertainer arrives to make sure that everything starts at the booked time.
Max of 25 kids at one Party unless notified to us directly this does not apply to Corporate, Festival or Family Fun day bookings.
Face painting and all Tattoo options are not available for any kids at the party under 3 years of age for health and safety. Circus, Slime, Tote parties are suitable for ages 6yrs and up. Magic, Disco, Karaoke parties suitable for ages 4yrs and up. KPOP / TAYLOR SWIFT PARTY PACKAGES PLEASE NOTE : In order to adhere to copyright law we do not have any of our entertainers dressed as one of the K-Pop characters or Taylor Swift but your party guests are encouraged to do so.
Party package price is subject to change and additional charges may apply depending on location / travel distance this will all be confirmed with you when you make your enquiry and before booking.
The latest time any booking can start is max of 15minutes after your booked time slot. The show must go on. Your booking time still starts at the booked time even if starting late but we still make sure to get all done on your booked package.
Please Note : Facepainting is not available for any party package that booked under Christening or Wedding if this is the case we offer two tattoos for each child instead. If for a general party booking kids are not interested in Facepainting we will offer two Tattoos for each child.
Party Games vary depending on the space and area we have for each party booking.
Booking with us for Entertainment for festivals, Family Fun days you must not advertised it in a way to profit from it , sell tickets, or market it in a way that differs from what you actually booked. If this happens it will result in your booking been cancelled and no refund on your deposit.
Our Entertainment is designed in a way to suit all celebrations but not for it to be used or advertised as a show and to profit from the booking.
Kids Show Tour is available to book but only upon special request and planning and agreed marketing , ticketing and pricing put in place with us. If this is done without permission from us www.partypartytime.ie that would be completely against and breaking our Terms and Conditions and booking policy.
