We Organise Seasonal Fairs each year please note the following when booking : 

PLEASE NOTE EASTER FAIR QUAYSIDE 

Easter Fair Quayside 2025 you must bring your own table and chair these are not provided on the day which was advised when booking. 

1: You Must have Insurance 

2: Insurance and Hse Certificate if doing food

3: Prices vary per venue for tables/space

4: We put alot of work and effort into advertising and promoting our Fairs From social media to poster billing in shops, Flyers, papers, Iomst, local tourist boards and more. We cannot guarantee footfall or sales on the day nor are we liable for this or any losses at the Fair you booked in for. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards the team at any of our fairs, online or email either. Any of this behaviour will be taking very serious and will be dealt with accordingly.

5: Table sizes 6ft by 2ft trestle tables

6: Deposit maybe required to secure your space

7: Set up is up to 2hrs before Doors open

8: Deposit / Payment for your fair booking are non refundable for all fairs.

9: Any questions or concerns please email us directly so we can answer your questions.

10: When your checked in with the team on the day they will allocate you your space. You are responsible for your own plug extension leads, phone chargers, USB cables we do not supply these nor are they included in your booking.
