Party Party Time Camps

We promise an atmosphere like never before with positivity, excitement, laughter and fun for all! All our team are highly experienced when it comes to running kids camps. 

 We have a great team of SNA'S, Teachers, professional kids entertainers. We only have the best team at all our camps.


What Age Children is camp suitable for? 

Our camps are for all boys & girls aged 5-12 ONLY.

What do I wear to the camp?

Wear something comfortable and easy to move in – perhaps tracksuit bottoms / leggings (no jeans as they are not suitable for moving around / games ) Soft-soled shoes i.e. runners. Apply sun screen in warm weather. 

What do I bring to camp?

A packed lunch and plenty to drink. Children will have one supervised break each day. In warm weather please apply sun screen and bring a cap if you wish. Please label everything clearly.

What are the times of the camp?

10am to 2pm each day

Do many boys attend camp?

Absolutely! Over a third of children attending our camps are boys and this number grows each year and we find that the boys absolutely LOVE it!

Can children bring mobile phones?

Children are not permitted to use mobile phones during camp. Should they require them after camp they should remain powered off in their bags.

Are children supervised at all times at camp?

Yes Children at camp are supervised at all times between 10.00am and 2:00pm.

Can I attend camp on my own?

Of course you can! Most children attend on their own. We will be creating smaller groups end ensuring everyone will get to know each other through our games and activities.

 

  • NO NUTS OR CHEWING GUM allowed please. We have a number of children attending camp with allergies, we ask that you please refrain from providing your children with any nut products. 



 

Party Party Time camp is fully committed to safeguarding the well being of all children &  young people with whom we interact and to the implementation of policies and practices that protect children and vulnerable adults from harm.

The aim of Party Party Time camp’s Protection and Welfare Policy is to promote best practice in protection and set out a procedural framework to ensure that members of staff are equipped to make informed and confident responses to specific issues and take proactive steps to minimise risk with regard to protection and welfare issues.

In implementing its policy Party Party Time Camps undertake to provide a safe environment and where the welfare of the child/young person is paramount. We will adhere to the recommendations of;
Children First: National Guidelines for the Protection and Welfare of Children, published by the Department of Children and Youth affairs.

We have implemented procedures covering but not limited to:

  • Code of behaviour for all staff;
  • Confidentiality and record keeping:
  • Recruitment and selection of staff;
  • Staff management and supervision;
  • Involvement of primary carers;
  • Incidents and accidents.

This policy will be reviewed on the 1st February 2026

POLICY -Code of behaviour for staff

Our policy applies to all staff and volunteers working for Party Party Time Camp. We practice safe recruitment in checking the suitability of staff and volunteers to work with children.

Party Party Time employees accept and recognise their responsibilities regarding the safeguarding of children and will endeavour to carry these out by:

  •  Having an awareness of the issues which cause children harm;
  •  Following the procedures and protocols set out in this document for the recruitment and   selection;
  • Being proactive in implementing this policy in so far as it is appropriate to their work.
  • Welfare is paramount in all decisions, activities and programmes involving vulnerable / young people and children and Party Party Time Camp will provide safe spaces for them, ensuring they are safeguarded, physically and emotionally, in a healthy fun environment.
  • Actively listen to them, taking account of their expression of needs and concerns.
  • Value and respect them as individuals.
  • Involve them in decisions made about them, is as participative and appropriate manner as possible.

Party Party Time camp does not accept the following behaviours and will intervene to ensure the fair and equitable treatment of all children:

  • Bullying.
  • Violence.
  • Sarcasm, name-calling, ‘Slagging’, and other forms of scapegoating.
  • Favouring some to the exclusion of others.
  •  Abusive language or gestures.
  • Negative criticism of young people’s values, beliefs and opinions.
  • Negatively highlighting physical, social or emotional differences.

The code of behaviour is categorised under the following headings:
• Child-centred approach
• Good practice
• Appropriate behaviour
• Physical contact
• Health and safety


€2 Booking Fee Applies.

  • A deposit fee per child is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the camp is cancelled by us. 
  • If you decide to cancel your booking on any of our camps for any reason no refund will be given. We will under certain situations offer a credit note to use for another camp only. Credit note can only be used for camps not valid on anything else we offer as a business.
  • Please contact us directly for group bookings.
  • Party Party Time Camps shall have no liability for customers failure to receive information due to spam, junk email or other security settings or customers provision of incorrect or otherwise non functioning contact information from us
  • Party Party Time Camp and/ or their employees will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property however caused. 
  • Sibling Discount Available but must be within the same family
  • Discount only available on 5 day camps only



  • Party Party Time Camps reserve the right to modify or delete any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Places are allocated on first come first served basis. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident. A confirmation Text or email will be sent as proof of booking. Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions. Photographs/Videos may be taken for promotional use.
